Dolly has more than eighteen years of public accounting experience and over ten years of experience in tax compliance in the asset management industry. She is primarily responsible for large private equity firms and hedge funds with both master-feeder structures and standalone funds ranging from 15 million to over 1 billion assets under management. She also has extensive experience servicing institutional fund of fund and manages and coordinates engagements utilizing remote staff personnel from across the United States and India, including administrators.
Additionally, Dolly handles IRS and various state notices and audits and does reviews of Income Tax Review Memos on ASC 740. She has led tax technical training sessions on topics ranging from firm securities analysis to tax allocations for hedge funds and best practices.
