This audit is performed in accordance with the appropriate regulations and often in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book) or possibly may include the auditing requirements of OMB Circular A-133.

We work with our clients to ensure that systems are in place to document all that is required to be documented.

Federal contracting agencies often will require an “Accounting System Certification” to be submitted within 60 to 90 days of receipt of an award. At times, Pre-award Surveys may also be required.

We provide the program and financial reporting training necessary to assist your company with reporting in an accurate, current and complete manner.

In lieu of or sometimes in addition to this, an indirect cost rate is a preferred method of allocating costs to a contract. We assist our clients with both cost allocation plans and indirect cost rates.
