Joe Aquino has nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting.
He specializes in business valuation and litigation support services. He has also worked with clients in a variety of industries offering accounting and audit services, including manufacturing, real estate, construction and general services industries.
As a partner in the Business Valuation and Litigation Support practices, his experience includes preparation of valuations for gifting and estate tax purposes, buy-sell agreements, litigation support matters and mergers and acquisitions, including purchase price allocations and impairment testing. Joe has also provided expert testimony in court on business valuation matters and has consulted on engagements related to shareholder and contract disputes, lost profits and forensic accounting.
Joe is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Joe is active in his community, serving in various leadership roles for local faith-based organizations. He is a Finance Council Member at St. Mary’s Church, Swormville and a board member of St. Mary’s School. He is also a former Board of Trustees member and Finance Committee Chair at St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute.
