Based in our Whippany, NJ office, Paul is a Principal and member of the Firm’s Individual Tax, Business Tax and Private Client Services Teams.
He has over 30 years of experience in personal tax planning and compliance matters affecting high net worth individuals and their families as well as business owners, C-suite executives, hedge fund managers, pass-through entities, trusts and private foundations.
Prior to joining Withum, Paul worked for two of the accounting industry’s most significant firms. He also led his own firm for 14 years where he advised a broad range of start-up businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals on financial and tax-related matters. Throughout his career, he has helped family-owned and closely-held businesses manage growth while minimizing tax consequences.
