Partner In Charge
Kevin S. Hundley, CPAKevin S. Hundley is a partner with more than 20 years of experience. Kevin oversees the firm’s largest practice group and manages a growing team of audit and accounting professionals. Kevin provides clients with strategic consulting services, SEC reporting, financial projections related to financing or tax credits, operational and system consulting, internal audit training, knowledge regarding accounting and regulatory issues, due diligence procedures for target companies, and expertise with stock options and other employee benefit plans. Kevin was the managing partner of Restivo Monacelli which joined Withum in November, 2021.
He also advises the team on how to optimize clients’ cash flow scenarios, ensure compliance and forecast growth profitability.
Kevin has previously held a senior level position at a large regional accounting firm in Ohio, where he performed audits on both public and private companies.
