Prior to joining Withum in November 2021, Steven was a Co-Founder and Partner of Restivo Monacelli LLP, an innovative tax, accounting, and business advisory firm with offices in Providence, RI and Boca Raton, FL.

As a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both Rhode Island and Florida, with more than 30 years of accounting, tax, and business consulting experience, Steven helps clients nationwide implement growth and exit strategies that maximize their business value and personal wealth and ensure compliance with complex tax laws. In 2015, Steven received a Certificate of Congressional Recognition in honor of being named one of the “Top Public Accounting Professionals for Rhode Island.”
