Brian C. Frenette is a Partner with more than 25 years of experience, Brian heads the Providence tax practice and provides top-level consultation to individuals, trusts and business entities on U.S. tax matters and information reporting.

Brian leverages his expertise to help clients identify and reduce their tax risks, as well as implement creative tax strategies that ensure compliance, minimize tax burdens and protect clients’ income. He has a specialized focus on international taxation from a U.S. perspective, and also has extensive experience advising the leadership of small and closely held businesses.

Brian is highly-regarded by the firm’s clientele for being attentive and proactive, year-round, to ensure all matters from tax compliance to strategic tax planning have optimized results.

In addition to his client-facing role, he oversees a team of partners, managers, senior accountants and staff that provides forward-thinking tax strategies and solutions to clients across diverse industries.
