Withum Announces 2026 Firmwide Leadership Transitions
New Leaders Positioned for Strategic Growth
A dynamic group of leaders will assume key roles across industry and service teams, regional offices and operational departments, effective July 1, 2026.
This next generation of leaders step forward at a pivotal time for the Firm, bringing the technical expertise and strategic perspective needed to navigate continued growth, rapidly advancing technology and an ever-evolving industry landscape. Grounded in the Withum Way mentality, they will shape what’s ahead while preserving the culture that remains central to how the Firm serves its team and clients.
Executive Leadership Transition
Chief Marketing Officer
Danielle Cimato was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in February 2026. Danielle brings deep expertise in brand development and integrated marketing, leading Withum’s marketing department with a strong focus on innovation, storytelling and growth-driven strategy. Her leadership will play a key role in elevating the Firm’s brand and market presence, helping position Withum to grow with purpose as a middle-market firm.
Industry and Service Leadership Transitions
Industry practice leaders guide teams of highly specialized professionals and drive the practice’s growth and success. These leaders possess deep industry knowledge and have developed exceptional mentorship and collaboration skills.
- Fatema Raza is promoted to Practice Leader of the Real Estate Services Team.
- Ed O’Connell is promoted to Managing Director of the Assurance and Accounting Services Team.
- Jessica Hollobaugh is promoted to Managing Director of the Forensic and Valuation Services Team.
- Melissa Roth has been named the next Practice Leader of the Technology and Emerging Growth Services Team, succeeding Chris DeMayo, in January 2027.
