Melissa Roth is a partner and leads the Firm’s Technology and Emerging Growth Services practice. She serves as a trusted advisor to technology-focused organizations across the CleanTech, AdTech, Digital Media Services and B2B and B2C SaaS sectors, helping founders, executives and investors address critical accounting, financial reporting and business challenges.
Melissa provides guidance on complex technical accounting matters, including equity and financing transactions, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, beneficial conversion features, warrant analysis, software capitalization and derivative instruments.
As a technology industry specialist, she combines deep technical knowledge with an understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges facing emerging growth companies, enabling clients to make informed decisions and support long-term growth.
Melissa is an active leader in Withum’s Women in Tech initiative, which fosters a community that empowers women in technology through networking, mentorship, professional development and industry connections.
