Withum is proud to share that Fatema Raza has received the Young Professional Award from the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce as part of its 2026 Women of Inspiration Awards.
The awards program recognizes exceptional women who create opportunities, drive positive change and strengthen communities across New Jersey through their leadership and service.
Fatema, partner and Practice Leader of Withum’s Real Estate Services Team, provides audit, accounting, reporting and transaction advisory services to real estate developers, owners, operators, investors, REITs and private equity funds. Her additional background working with companies in the financial services and capital markets space offers clients insight and support in navigating evolving market conditions, strengthening performance and capitalizing on strategic opportunities.
Her main focus is on driving the growth and direction of one of the Firm’s key industry practices. Fatema contributes to firmwide initiatives and events, including the Women of Withum and Aspire team member resource groups. She champions professional development across the Firm, mentoring and helping cultivate the next generation of leaders.
Her influence extends throughout the New Jersey business and civic communities. As an inaugural board member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network, Fatema helps connect, develop and empower emerging business leaders in the Garden State. She serves as Treasurer of both NY/NJ Baykeeper, which protects and restores the NY/NJ Harbor Estuary, and Enabling Minds, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. She also volunteers in her children’s schools as a PTO Sunshine Parent, reflecting her commitment to serving her community both professionally and personally.
