Selling a business is a once in a lifetime event for most business owners. Buying a business occurs more frequently since some that buy a business usually do it multiple times, but for many it is a one-time experience.
I will explain how each process works in free webinars I am presenting to accountants, CFOs and controllers. These are the seventh and eighth webinars I am presenting since the end of July. Things seem to run in bunches and last week I received two calls to help clients sell their businesses and one to help someone buy a business, and that is what prompted this blog.
