Phil is a Senior Manager with over ten years of experience in public accounting. While working at Withum,  he has developed specialized expertise in dealership consulting, dealership valuations, automotive technology companies,  tax and financial statement engagements, transaction advisory, real estate and cost segregation accounting, with deep expertise in operational analysis and benchmarking and cash optimization for retail dealers. He has given numerous expert presentations for dealer associations and is a regular contributor to monthly publications for many in the automotive space.

Give Back

Phil regularly contributes to publications for Colorado Auto Dealer Associations and NYSADA and leads webinars on various topics from Cryptocurrency to Tax Legislation to EV trends. He is an active member of his community, volunteering at Clean Ocean Action, and serves as a Volunteer at NJNY and Monmouth County Trail Foundations. Phil is an active advocate for land and animal conservation and works to report Striped Bass migration data in the northeast by heading up tagging initiatives for the NJ Chapter of The American Littoral Society. 

Work Hard/Play Hard

Outside of the office, Phil enjoys fishing the northeast canyons for tuna, hiking 14ers in the Rockies, heli-skiing in the British Columbia backcountry or surfing somewhere in Central America. Phil splits his time in New Jersey and Colorado and has two rescue dogs named Hudson and Luna.
