Andrew Hills, CPAAndrew Hills is the Partner-in-Charge at Withum’s San Diego office, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in corporate tax compliance and mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services for privately held companies and high-net-worth individuals. Andrew’s deep knowledge of consolidated tax issues, multi-state tax planning and compliance, and ASC 740 income tax provisions gives him a comprehensive understanding of a company’s overall risks and opportunities.
