Alex Rockoff is a partner and team leader for the Firm’s SportsTech Services Team.

An experienced audit professional, he is responsible for helping drive practice growth for Technology and Emerging Growth companies in San Diego and New York, with a focus on SportsTech, FinTech, e-commerce, AdTech and B2B SaaS business models.

His experience spans advising on complex equity transactions, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, beneficial conversion features, warrant analysis, software capitalization and derivative instruments. As an industry leader, he regularly presents at workshops and seminars on emerging technologies, helping clients and colleagues stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
