Doug is the partner in charge of the San Francisco and San Diego offices. He has 25 years of experience serving small-to-mid-sized public and private companies. He specializes in financial statement audits, audits of internal control over financial reporting, consulting on internal control over financial reporting (SOX) and comfort letters for offerings ranging from $10 million to $500 million.
