Andrew Hills is a Partner inWithum’sSan Diego office with 17 years of corporate tax compliance and mergers and acquisitionsand alsoserves as the partner-in-charge of the Firm’s San Diego Office. He specializes in corporate tax compliance and consulting services for privately held companies and high-net-worth individuals. Andrew focuses onconsolidatedtax issues, multi-state tax planning and compliance, and ASC 740 income tax provisions. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including structuring transactions, performing due diligence, and conducting cash flow analyses.
