Withum Strength Stories
CULTURE STRENGTH AWARD WINNER
Congratulations our Culture Strength Award winner, Jessica Rutland, who is the Public Relationship Specialist at DynaFire! Jessica was nominated by the company’s President, Steven Hatch, who explains that “Jessica joined the DynaFire Family three years ago…in that time, she launched a rebrand, cultivated a social media presence and, most importantly, enriched the Core Value Culture of DynaFire.” Just one of many ways Jessica accomplished this by creating a weekly “Heart For Service” award to acknowledge team members that have gone above and beyond. Steven closes by saying that “her presence at DynaFire has given our team a platform to celebrate each other and the Core Value Culture of DynaFire.” Congratulations, Jessica!
