John Provenzano is a principal on the Firm’s Real Estate Valuation Services Team with more than 25 years of experience leading institutional real estate valuation and advisory engagements for private equity sponsors, REITs, developers, lenders and investors.
He specializes in financial reporting and transaction-related valuations, impairment analyses and portfolio assessments. As an advisor to executives and investment stakeholders, John helps clients navigate business decisions across the real estate capital markets ecosystem. He is recognized for building and leading high-performing practices that integrate valuation, audit, tax and advisory capabilities to deliver scalable solutions for complex client needs.
He is committed to modernizing valuation delivery by leveraging data, workflow standardization, technology and innovative methodologies to enhance insight, scalability and compliance.
