Manfred Steiner is a principal on the Firm’s Valuation Services Team with more than 35 years of experience providing valuation, transaction advisory and strategic consulting services to healthcare organizations. He advises hospitals, health systems, physician groups and ancillary healthcare providers on mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, recapitalizations and other complex financial transactions.
With nearly three decades of experience exclusively in the healthcare sector, Manfred provides corporate finance and strategic advisory services to healthcare providers nationwide. His experience spans buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory, strategic assessments, growth initiatives, capital advisory, restructuring, fairness opinions, consulting, commercial reasonability opinions and fair market value engagements.
He also specializes in financial and operational due diligence, equity investments, asset monetization strategies, intellectual property and intangible asset valuations, dispute resolution and litigation support. He has extensive experience guiding clients through strategic alliances, hospital-physician alignment models and market development initiatives designed to support long-term growth and operational success.
Prior to joining Withum, he held leadership positions with healthcare-focused financial advisory and investment banking firms, where he advised a national client base on growth initiatives, capital strategies and transformational transactions across the healthcare industry.
