In response to President Obama’s Healthcare Reform policy – officially known as The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act – and the impact it will have upon businesses of all sizes, WithumSmith+Brown has formed a Healthcare Reform Advisory Team (HRAT). The group is comprised of Withum’s most seasoned healthcare and tax professionals, whose mission is to answer and address client questions and issues related to this new federal policy.
