NetSuite’s SuiteWorld 2022 was #FullSuiteAhead! Withum had the pleasure of connecting and re-connecting with thousands of customers, partners, developers and 3rd party add-ons in Las Vegas for the first time since 2020.
Here’s a quick look at key takeaways from this year featuring Oracle NetSuite’s newest functions, including their AP automation, NetSuite CPQ (configure, price, quote) and Ship Central.
- The AP automation offering will save time from PO to vendor payment through the entire accounts payable process. It’s received much attention and investment in the NetSuite ecosystem; automating a typically manual operation, reducing monthly close times, and optimizing people resources.
- The CPQ offering has been a long-awaited feature that helps customers enable sales teams to quickly CPQ complex products with an e-commerce-like catalog to increase accuracy. The CPQ tool creates a bill of materials (BOM) that can be leveraged within the NetSuite Manufacturing modules to finalize the build.
- NetSuite’s Ship Central promises to track packages faster, find the best carrier based on date and location, print labels and documentation, and streamline this task within the application. Although this feature is targeted for a late 2022 release, the community is excited to complete these activities within NetSuite and not leverage a third-party add-on.
