From food banks and beach clean-ups to toy drives and animal shelters, Withum team members served a diverse range of community service organizations nationwide. Scheduled in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, WWoC embodies the spirit of gratitude and giving that defines the season, allowing team members to show appreciation for their communities through service.
This year marks the program’s largest volunteer mobilization to date, underscoring Withum’s growing dedication to community engagement. Rooted in the Firm’s core value of ‘Give Back’—a guiding principle of the Withum Way – team members work and live by this code of service. As the Firm’s social responsibility remains a hallmark of the Withum culture, give-back initiatives are embedded throughout the year, from new hire training to annual community sponsorships.
