Partner In Charge
Doug is the partner in charge of the Withum’s San Francisco office, with over 25 years of experience serving small-to-mid-sized public and private companies in the fields of life science, technology and consumer products. He specializes in financial statement audits, audits of internal control over financial reporting, consulting on internal control over financial reporting (SOX) and comfort letters for offerings ranging from $10 million to $500 million. He also serves on Withum’s Board of Directors.
