Brandon Yip

Brandon Yip is a partner who leads Withum’s Technology and Emerging Growth Services Team in the San Francisco Bay Area. He focuses on advising public and private companies on audit, regulatory and transactional matters while helping innovation-driven organizations scale. Deeply connected to Northern California, he supports the region’s technology and life sciences ecosystem through client service, mentorship, industry leadership and community involvement, including support of the Boys & Girls Club. 

Doug Pallotta

Doug Pallotta is the Partner-in-Charge of Withum’s San Francisco office, serving public and private companies across the life sciences, technology and industrial and consumer products industries. Robert Thomas is a partner who leads Withum’s life sciences practice on the West Coast. Helping drive growth efforts, he is audit service-focused and helps deliver investor-ready financial reporting that supports access to capital and long-term momentum. A thought leader in the industry, Rob offers insights through speaking engagements, publications and professional organizations, including the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) and Private Directors Association (PDA). He also mentors emerging professionals and helps lead Withum’s Ambassador Program to support team integration.
