Doug is the partner in charge of Withum’s San Francisco office, with over 25 years of experience serving small-to-mid-sized public and private companies in the fields of life science, technology and consumer products.
He specializes in financial statement audits, audits of internal control over financial reporting, consulting on internal control over financial reporting (SOX) and comfort letters for offerings ranging from $10 million to $500 million. Doug is a frequent presenter on SEC developments, and audit and accounting technical developments. He is a member of Withum’s Board of Directors.

Doug enjoys keeping fit, which usually means weightlifting at the gym or practicing yoga. He was born and raised in the Bay Area and is a lifelong fan of the San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers.
