Rob Thomas is a partner with over 15 years of experience in accounting. Rob helps life sciences and technology and emerging growth companies ensure their financial statements accurately reflect the business they present to investors and other stakeholders.
He has experience with IPOs and secondary offerings on Form S-1 and S-3, performing audits under US GAAS and PCAOB standards and complex areas of accounting like revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), stock-based compensation, complex financial instruments and business combinations. He has worked on various teams that perform services ranging from audit, review, agreed-upon procedures and compilations.
