Aza Ghazaryan is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to partnerships and high-net-worth individuals on tax planning and compliance. Aza has successfully guided clients and teams through complex regulatory changes, including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, federal COVID-19 relief programs and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.

Lilit Nersisyan is an Audit Principal with 15 years of experience in Financial Services. She guides clients in implementing consistent, streamlined internal controls and specializes in financial reporting, GAAP, GAAS and Alternative Investment audits. Lilit has also played a key role in expanding the Firm’s Financial Services practice on the West Coast.
Her leadership extends beyond the Firm to support her teams and the broader community. She serves as a brand ambassador for Withum’s Women in Financial Services group and is actively involved with Autism Speaks, Habitat for Humanity and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiatives.
