Lilit Nersisyan is an Audit Principal with over 13 years of experience in Financial Services.

She guides clients to implement consistent and streamlined controls. Additionally, she helps with any practice updates, footnotes, etc., and ensures her clients have quality audits. Lilit specializes in financial reporting, GAAP, GAAS, and Alternative Investment audits. 

Lilit has her CPA license in the state of California. She spent over 12 years working for a Big Four Firm in external audit practice, where she reviewed all components of client financial statements, disclosures, and assessed general consistency with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Her clients range from Alternative Investment clients to private equity funds, with other experience related to Real Estate clients.

Acting as a Mentor and  Career Coach, she teaches team members audit methodology, updates on guidance, and best practice trainings. Lilit loves to donate her time to volunteer at different events. She attends Autism Speaks Walks, Habitat for Humanity events, and supports Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

During her leisure hours, Lilit loves to travel and watch different shows. Plus, she likes to engage in construction and real estate projects.
