Brandon Yip has more than 15 years of public accounting experience. He specializes in servicing clients in the technology industry and leads the Firm’s Technology and Emerging Growth Services Team in the San Francisco Bay Area.
With a focus on audit services and SEC compliance and reporting, he provides audit, accounting and business advisory services to clients of publicly traded and privately held companies. Brandon has extensive experience advising companies on complex transactions, including revenue recognition, business combinations and complex financing transactions. He is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
