Aza Ghazaryan, CPA, MBA, is a tax partner with over 15 years of experience helping businesses minimize their tax liability. She provides tax compliance and consulting services to partnerships and high-net-worth individuals and serves business clients in various industries, including real estate, technology, manufacturing, restaurants, professional services, and not-for-profit. This is Aza’s second year as a Top 100 Accountant honoree. She was included on the 2022 and 2023 Los Angeles Business Journal’s Leaders of Influence list and was a finalist at the 2023 LA Times Inspirational Women’s Forum and Awards.
Kerra Diener, CPA, consults on various tax topics for businesses and individuals, including state income tax nexus, research and expenditures, 704(b) capital account maintenance, federal and state tax credits, and like-kind exchanges. She also has expertise in federal and state tax examinations, insolvency tax, and planning for debt restructuring, reorganizations, and liquidations. Kerra serves corporate clients in cannabis, theater and entertainment, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, professional services, real estate, and restaurants. In her community, Kerra supports several causes, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Girl Scouts of America. Earlier this year, Kerra was recognized on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Leaders of Influence list.
