LA Times Names Two Withum Leaders on its Banking and Finance Visionaries List

Withum’s Azniv “Aza” Ghazaryan and Lilit Nersisyan have been recognized by the LA Times as Banking and Finance 2026 Visionaries. The list features top trusted advisors in the Los Angeles region who deliver client-focused strategic insight, help strengthen long-term financial security and evolve alongside an ever-changing financial landscape.

About Aza Ghazaryan

Aza Ghazaryan is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to partnerships and high-net-worth individuals on tax planning and compliance. She advises clients across industries, including professional servicesreal estatetechnology and not-for-profit. Aza has successfully guided clients and teams through complex regulatory changes, including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, federal COVID-19 relief programs and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.  

Aza is committed to giving back to both the civic and business communities she serves. She supports Armenian nonprofit organizations by coordinating financial assistance for families of fallen soldiers and by contributing to ProVisor-led initiatives that provide holiday support to families in need. 

About Lilit Nersisyan

Lilit Nersisyan is an Audit Principal with 15 years of experience in Financial Services. She guides clients in implementing consistent, streamlined internal controls and specializes in financial reporting, GAAP, GAAS and Alternative Investment audits. Lilit has also played a key role in expanding the Firm’s Financial Services practice on the West Coast. 

Her leadership extends beyond the Firm to support her teams and the broader community. She serves as a brand ambassador for Withum’s Women in Financial Services group and is actively involved with Autism Speaks, Habitat for Humanity and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiatives.
