Stuart leads the firm’s retail automotive practice, one of the nation’s largest providers of accounting and consulting services to dealerships and dealership groups. With more than a decade’s experience in buy-sell transactions, automotive technology and profit improvement consulting in the dealership space, Stuart has consulted on more than $3 billion of transaction value. After the transaction, Stuart has worked with some of the largest groups in the country with its integration policies and profit execution initiatives.
Stuart is a regular speaker at national conferences, including the AICPA Dealership Conference, and contributor to many industry publications, including Automotive News.
Stuart is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), in which he has analyzed more than 1,000 rooftops for litigation support, gift and estate planning, and financial reporting.
