Get to Know Me

Based in our Princeton, NJ, office, Bob is a partner in the firm’s Technical Resources Department. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey and has over 20 years of experience in private and public accounting. He oversees and administers various activities in Withum’s Quality Control Department and assists many of the firm’s largest clients on technical accounting projects such as FASB implementations, acquisition accounting and equity transactions. In addition, he directs and coordinates the accounting, auditing and reporting activities related to the firm’s publicly-held clients.

he also serves on the AICPA Joint Trial Board Committee where he participates in ethics hearings for accounting professionals.

In addition, Bob teaches courses regarding SEC accounting and reporting for the CPE Institute, and he serves on the Board of Directors for Fellowship Village. He resides in Somerset County, NJ.
