Lamia is a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Withum. Prior to working in the commercial setting, she has worked 5 years at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting government clients. She primarily worked as a SharePoint 2010 developer, UI/UX designer and analyst. Lamia has also acted as a Lead Technologist, Product Owner and ScrumMaster for a systems development team and worked daily with stakeholders and delivery team to gather requirements, develop work products, set expectations and respond to any business or technical questions. With an acumen in creative arts and Masters in Technology Management, she hopes to inspire her team and clients, while growing her passion for strategic and creative IT solutions to improve usability and functionality for organizations.
Outside of Withum, Lamia enjoys cooking Mediterranean food, traveling and researching magnificent destinations and spending time with loved ones.
