With over 17 years of experience in financial services tax, Amanda has extensive experience in the alternative investments industry. She specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services for venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. Her primary focus is on partnership structures, including stand-alone entities, master-feeder structures, offshore funds, fund of funds, real estate entities, management companies, and general partner entities.
Amanda has a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding fund structures and brings a creative approach to her clients’ tax planning. She is experienced in working with both domestic and international investment funds and advises on various structuring options to determine the best tax efficiency and impact on U.S. and non-U.S. limited partners.
Her comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations has proven invaluable to her clients in navigating the ever-changing tax landscape. She provides practical solutions to complex tax issues and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their investment goals while minimizing tax liabilities.
