Withum is proud to announce that the Firm has been named a Trailblazer Impact Honoree for 2025 by the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (AACCNJ) and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce (NJCC). This recognition serves as a testament to the Firm’s continued commitment to maintaining an inclusive workplace and its meaningful impact.
The Trailblazer Impact Honoree event celebrates organizations in New Jersey that have demonstrated outstanding leadership with a measurable impact on their inclusion efforts. In its third year, this annual recognition is a cornerstone event that convenes business leaders, advocates and policymakers to celebrate the honorees’ initiatives. Withum was one of eight organizations recognized.
The event included a panel discussion surrounding “The Case for DE&I in Today’s Climate.” Withum’s Director of Inclusion and Impact, Bill Bradshaw, shared perspectives on the Firm’s values for championing inclusivity as a corporate culture necessity.
Bill shared:
This award is a testament that this work is important. We haven't taken our foot off the pedal in driving inclusive culture because we truly believe that through our collective efforts, our team members will have the best experience to grow professionally and personally.
