Team Member Resource Groups
Developing tomorrow’s leaders requires advocacy, allyship and mentorship. We offer seven team member resource groups (TMRGs) in addition to our formalized Career Coaching program. Typically referred to as employee resource groups (ERGs), our TMRGs serve as an integral part of our team member experience strategy and represent team members in our Asian, Black/Latinx/African-American/African/Caribbean, Disabled, Hispanic/Latino, LGBTQ+, Veterans, and WoW (Women of Withum) communities. They exist to enrich Withum’s brand, culture and client experience by driving cultural awareness, competency and authentic engagement across our workplace.
