Committed to Veterans

Withum was recognized as New Jersey’s Top Wreaths Across America Sponsorship Group and launched its inaugural Veterans Care Package Program. With a strong commitment to supporting veterans, Withum highlights two important initiatives during Military Appreciation Month, reinforcing its dedication to honoring active and retired service people within the community and the Firm.

Wreaths Across America

For more than five years, Withum has been an active participant in the Wreaths Across America initiative, which is championed by the Firm’s Veterans Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) and the Not-for-Profit Services Team.

Wreaths Across America (WAA), is a national nonprofit dedicated to remembering fallen service members, honoring those who serve and teaching the next generation the value of freedom. Annually, WAA recognizes top sponsorship groups across the country that participate in wreath laying on gravesites during the winter holiday season. Among thousands of organizations, Withum was named the #1 Sponsorship Group in New Jersey for 2025, earning distinction for its outstanding community impact. Through collective efforts, Withum helped ensure that more than 4,400 veterans were honored locally, with team members placing wreaths at various NJ sites.

Veterans Care Package Program

In the spring of 2026, the Veteran TMRG launched its inaugural Veterans Care Package Program. The program invited nominations for active-duty service members, veterans and their families over a three- week nomination period. The Veteran TMRG’s Selection Committee identified recipients who received thoughtfully curated care packages, including socks, blankets, snacks, hygiene products and notes from the Withum team.

Beyond the program’s nominations, the initiative focused on community, with multiple entry points for support, including assembling packages, writing personal notes, donating items and supporting program planning efforts.

Outside of these efforts, Withum, ranked a Best for Vets employer by Military Times, continues to demonstrate dedication to service—honoring veterans through recognition and meaningful, year-round engagement.
