Johnny Minassian is a partner providing assurance, accounting and consulting services to investment advisers and private funds. He serves hedge, commodity, private equity, venture capital, loan and real estate funds throughout their life cycles. Johnny has helped grow the Firm’s Financial Services practice in Southern California and is connected to the deal community, gathering real-time intelligence from industry leaders at conferences and events.
A thought leader in the profession, Johnny shares insights on evolving market trends, including how private equity firms are adapting their strategies and technology infrastructure in response to changing market conditions. Beyond his professional contributions, he has served on the boards and audit committees of the Los Angeles Mission, Valley Women’s Center and Harvest Home.
Michael Ritchie is a partner specializing in Transaction Advisory services, with a focus on financial due diligence for middle-market transactions. With deep expertise in healthcare services M&A, he advises strategic acquirers and private equity firms nationwide. He serves on Withum’s Capital Markets Committee, helping shape initiatives that strengthen the Firm’s market position.
Michael contributes to the profession through speaking engagements at conferences, healthcare M&A webinars and thought leadership. In addition to his industry involvement, he extends his leadership in the community as Treasurer of the Tustin Public Schools Foundation board and as a youth sports coach.
