Johnny has helped grow the Firm’s Financial Services practice in Southern California and is connected to the deal community, gathering real-time intelligence from industry leaders at conferences and events.

Michael Ritchie is a partner specializing in transaction advisory services, with a focus on financial due diligence for middle-market transactions. With deep expertise in healthcare services M&A, he advises strategic acquirers and private equity firms nationwide. He serves on Withum’s Capital Markets Committee, helping shape initiatives that strengthen the Firm’s market position.
Michael contributes to the profession through speaking engagements at conferences, healthcare M&A webinars and thought leadership. In addition to his industry involvement, he extends his leadership in the community as Treasurer of the Tustin Public Schools Foundation board and as a youth sports coach.
