Wally Merkas has over 25 years of experience in technology advisory and serves as the Market Leader for the Firm’s Business and Management Consulting Services Team. He brings extensive experience in business process outsourcing, organizational transformation, and IT and sales management.
With extensive project management experience across various industries and regions, Wally assists clients in achieving streamlined operations and strategic growth. His goal is to help businesses leverage technology to optimize processes and drive success.
Wally holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, his MBA and multiple ERP and CRM certifications, including: netsuite solution provider, netsuite oneworld, financial reporting, salesforce.com essentials and quickbooks advisor. His expertise spans various domains, including ERP, CRM, manufacturing and operational excellence, and supply chain management. He works with clients to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive growth, enhance operations and strengthen their competitive edge in the marketplace. These areas of expertise include, technology assessments and strategy, organizational readiness, technology roadmap strategy, organizational transitional management, business system architecture, business case development, business system and vendor selection, project management and system implementation, on premise, cloud or private cloud based.
Having previously worked at a Big Four firm and operated his own consultancy specializing in ERP and CRM in North America, Wally brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to help businesses optimize their operations and achieve excellence.

Outside of work, Wally is a travel enthusiast, and you will often find him exploring Europe. He enjoys good food and loves cooking anything in a pizza oven.
