Robert Schneider is an audit partner with nearly 15 years of experience in public accounting.
He provides audit, accounting and business advisory services to public and private companies, with a focus on the financial services industry, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and SPACs. Robert works closely with clients to navigate regulatory requirements, strengthen financial reporting and address transaction and compliance matters.
He has experience auditing publicly held companies across the energy and oilfield services, manufacturing and distribution and gaming industries. Robert also performs integrated audits for public companies subject to Section 404(b) and has been involved in numerous IPOs of SPACs and operating companies, helping clients successfully execute transactions.
Robert is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey.
