Get to Know Me
With over 35 years of experience in the accounting profession, Marc is a Partner and Leader of the Firm’s SEC Compliance and Reporting team. He is a certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey and has extensive experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to mid-market private and public companies in a variety of industries.
In addition, Marc specializes in working with public companies and was the audit partner for several Fortune 1000 multinational SEC public registrants while working for a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm for a large part of his career. He has a vast knowledge of debt and equity offerings, SEC filings and private placements. Marc has expertise in providing services to corporations with foreign subsidiaries and serves as the Firm’s business combination subject matter expert.
Marc also specializes in providing advisory services such as Cybersecurity and IT controls assessments, Internal Audit Services, Process and Control Improvements, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and Royalty Audits.
