With over 25 years of experience in the accounting profession, Marc is a partner located in the firm’s Whippany office. He is a certified public accountant in the state of New Jersey and has extensive experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to mid-market private companies in a variety of industries including professional services, manufacturing, technology and life sciences.
In addition, Marc specializes in working with public companies and was the audit partner for several Fortune 1000 multinational SEC public registrants while working for a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm for a large part of his career. He has a vast knowledge of debt and equity offerings, SEC filings and private placements. Prior to joining Withum, Marc owned his own boutique firm which specialized in providing assurance services to high net worth individuals.
