Get to Know Me
Kurt is an audit partner with more than 16 years of accounting and auditing experience advising clients on business and financial matters. Kurt’s experiences include audit and consulting services regarding complex SOX 404 integrated and private company audits under IFRS and U.S. GAAP which includes companies going public through IPO and Form 10 registration statements with the SEC.
Kurt also has performed as technical accounting consultation for and financial due diligence for domestic and international companies. He has a vast amount of experience serving clients within various industries such as technology, manufacturing and distribution, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, professional services, and sports/entertainment.
Prior to joining Withum, Kurt held senior level positions at a top 25 accounting firm working primarily on large to medium size public companies and performed audits for large accelerated public filers at a Big Four firm. Throughout his career, he has provided guidance on complex accounting and advisory matters regarding private placement offerings, derivatives, carve-outs, business combinations, SOX 404, IPO readiness and revenue recognition among other areas.
