Get to Know Me
Joe Fede is an audit partner in Withum’s Financial Services Group and the Vice Chair of the NY State Society Stock Brokerage Committee.
Joe provides audit, accounting and advisory services to a diversified group of clients in both the private and public sectors, including broker-dealers, venture capital funds and other commercial businesses. Joe also has experience with employee benefit plan services.
In addition, Joe specializes in providing services related to security transactions, investment banking, complex equity transactions, stock-based compensation, initial public offerings (IPOs), business combinations and registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. He has been involved with numerous IPOs, which raised in excess of $7 billion. The majority of these IPOs were Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) sponsored by the investment community.

Joe serves on the NYSSCPA’s Stock brokerage Committee. He also volunteers with UNICO, a nationwide Italian-American service organization, in addition to the volunteer work he does at his alma mater, William Patterson University.
Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending quality time and playing sports with his children.
