Jennifer Boysen is a partner dedicated to quality control with over 20 years of public accounting experience. She leads audit and audit-related services for public and private companies across financial services, technology and emerging growth and life sciences, helping clients meet regulatory requirements and deliver reliable financial reporting.
She has deep experience with SEC registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and frequently advises on complex debt and equity transactions, providing practical guidance that supports compliance and informed decision-making.
Jennifer serves as a liaison between the Firm’s Technology and Emerging Growth Services practice and the Technical Resources Team, ensuring clients benefit from aligned industry insight and technical expertise.
She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of New Jersey and New York.
