Frank Landreneau is a licensed CPA with over 27 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in providing domestic and international tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the energy and oilfield services, manufacturing and distribution, and construction industries. He also has experience serving private and public entities based in the U.S. and throughout the world.

His practice focuses is on international tax matters, including global tax minimization, transfer pricing and international organizational structuring. Frank assists clients operating in various foreign tax jurisdictions with complex tax issues related to acquiring and divesting subsidiaries to strategically realign their businesses. His expertise extends to accounting method changes, flow-through tax planning, IC DISCs, FAS 109 deferred tax analyses, uniform capitalization issues and IRS examinations. Other focus areas for Frank include repatriation and outbound planning involving foreign holding company structures.

Frank’s client approach centers on taking the time to thoroughly understand each business and its unique challenges. This deep understanding allows him to work collaboratively with clients to minimize their tax burden and ultimately support their company’s growth objectives. Frank believes that effective tax planning requires both technical expertise and a genuine appreciation for the client’s business environment.

Frank gives back to the profession through speaking engagements about the market and has been published frequently in The Entrepreneur’s Playbook. Frank’s dedication and leadership to the profession were acknowledged when he was awarded Top International Tax Advisor in Houston by International Tax Review. Frank is also active in the greater business community, serving as the Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for the British American Business Council.
