Jessica Offer is a partner and leads the Firm’s Fintech Services Team. With more than 15 years of public accounting experience, she serves emerging growth and middle-market technology companies, providing attest, transaction advisory and consulting services that support growth and strategic objectives.
Jessica advises clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including audit readiness, revenue recognition, business combinations and debt and equity transactions. Her experience helps organizations navigate critical stages of growth while addressing evolving financial and regulatory requirements.
Jessica is actively involved in the Firm’s women’s leadership development initiatives, Women in Tech. She also serves as co-chair of Withum’s Pride Team Member Resource Group.
