Get to Know Me

Vincenzo is a partner and is involved in various aspects of public accounting, focusing in the areas of financial reporting, business and taxation.

He is involved with overseeing clients in various types of business entities across industries, including construction, manufacturing, wholesale and hospitality sectors. Vinny specializes in financial statement engagements including audit, review and compilation engagements. He focuses on employee benefit plan audit engagements including dealings with the Department of Labor rules and regulations.

Additionally, he is experienced in the area of taxation and tax planning and consults on estate proceedings and trust formation. Prior to joining the Firm, Vincenzo was a partner with RBF, which joined with Withum in August 2019. There he also oversaw the audit compliance for RBF’s international affiliate.

Vincenzo is the author of several business articles including revenue recognition standards, lease standards, and tax planning techniques. He has also been featured in The Professional Contractors magazine.

Vincenzo received his B.A. in Accountancy from Assumption College. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) Leadership Academy, a member of the MSCPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
