Jim is a partner based in our Princeton office and has been active in the accounting profession since 1981.
He is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and California and specializes in M&A advisory and quality of earnings assignments. His industry areas of expertise include technology, construction, manufacturing/distribution, and mortgage banking. As practice leader for the firm’s Transaction Advisory Group, Jim and his team provide a wide array of consulting and advisory services to many companies, private equity firms and investment banks.
