Withum participated in the Private Funds CFO Fees & Expenses Survey 2026, which gathered insights from 132 U.S. alternative asset managers on regulatory scrutiny, cost allocation and disclosure practices, evolving fund structures, retail capital and the potential impact of AI.

To unpack the findings, Colleen Fay, Withum’s Financial Services Practice Leader, joined PEI’s Data Dive podcast to discuss what greater transparency and evolving market expectations could mean for private fund managers.

Listen to the conversation and explore the survey findings to see what managers should be watching next.
