Zachary NewComer is a partner with more than 10 years of highly-specialized experience in SEC-related work.
He provides clients with effective and efficient audit, review and other public filing work, ensuring they maintain or achieve public listing status with the SEC and other regulatory agencies. His areas of specialization includes SOX 404B audits S-1 and S-4 initial public audits and related filings, as well as uplisting required audits and reviews.
As a licensed CPA in New Jersey, Zachary’s background includes deep expertise in Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics, Technology and Emerging Growth, Professional Services and Life Sciences companies. His resume boasts over 10 successfully listed initial public offerings in addition to his experience providing audits, reviews and related filings for public entities.
